This beautiful two bedroom two bath condo is within walking distance to the Peak 9 ski area base and downtown. Parents, walk your kids to ski school! The Peak 9 base area is home to the Breckenridge child care center, ski school and Quicksilver super chair. In the downtown area of Breckenridge you will find lots of shopping and restaurants.
This unit is 1200 sq ft and has a king bed in the master, two twin beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second bedroom (4 twins total) and a pullout queen-size sofa bed. There is seating for ten in the dining room and a modern kitchen with granite countertops. Enjoy spectacular ski area views from the private outdoor hot tub on the deck of this second floor, elevator accessed condo. For your convenience, our unit includes a full size washer and dryer, free high speed internet, gas fireplace, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a ski storage closet on the first floor.
The Corral at Breckenridge complex is located on the corner of Main Street and Broken Lance Drive. The complex offers two outdoor common hot tubs, fitness gym, steam room, heated parking lots and is a stop on the free shuttle bus. It is also across the street from the Breckenridge Ice skating rink. Please, no smoking and no pets.

All rentals require a $200.00 refundable security deposit. All rentals are subject to 10.675% Colorado Lodging Tax. * $85.00 cleaning fee for stays of 2 nights.
